Refunds & cancellations
NON-REFUNDABLE digital products. Please review the preview, description, included files and software requirements before paying.
Instant delivery
Ready-made downloads are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after purchase. By purchasing, you request delivery after payment verification and acknowledge the stated policy. If a file is defective, incorrect or not delivered, contact support so we can resolve it. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Custom logo orders
Contact support promptly to request cancellation before your product is ready. Requests are reviewed against work already completed; a request does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund. Once the product is ready, cancellation and refunds are unavailable, except where required by law. Scope, revision allowance and delivery estimate appear on the product page.
Payment and delivery
Stripe orders are released after server-side confirmation. Relay orders await manual verification of received funds; a transfer reference or receipt alone does not unlock files. Custom products are delivered after completion. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
License terms
Each product has its own license, shown before purchase and recorded with your order. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright unless separately agreed in writing. Photography may be used without credit where the product license expressly permits it. Do not redistribute or resell source files or standalone stock assets. Third-party fonts, trademarks, people or properties may require additional permissions; the product description must disclose any included releases. Unauthorized use may result in a copyright complaint.
Privacy & order records
We store your name, email, order details, customization instructions, policy acceptance timestamp and version, payment references, and delivery/download events to fulfill orders, support customers and address disputes. Payment card data is handled by Stripe or the selected payment provider, not stored by this store. Your cart and order access credentials are saved in your browser; avoid using a shared device. Purchase credentials are private: anyone with them can access the associated order.
Approved reviews show your chosen display name, rating and optional review text publicly. Your email is not published. Order records are retained while needed for fulfillment, accounting or disputes; contact support for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to required retention.
